Browne Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Plant Coordinator to join the Plant & Transport team. You will ensure plants and equipment are available to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on time, coordinating hire and off hire across multiple sites.

As a Senior Plant Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the hire and off hire of plant and equipment across the business, ensuring operational and project requirements are met efficiently. You'll work closely with project teams, operational managers, and suppliers to maximise plant utilisation, control costs, and maintain high service standards. The role also involves supporting project mobilisation, monitoring supplier performance, maintaining compliance records, analysing utilisation and cost data, and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance. You'll act as a key point of contact for complex plant-related issues while helping ensure all statutory documentation, servicing requirements, and compliance obligations are maintained.
