Browne Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Plant Coordinator to join the Plant & Transport team. You will ensure plants and equipment are available to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on time, coordinating hire and off hire across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include mobilisation support, supplier performance monitoring, and maintaining compliance records. You will analyse utilisation data to optimise costs and act as a key point of contact for complex plant issues.

Formación

• Experience in plant hire, coordination, logistics or asset management.
• Strong understanding of plant and equipment used in utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating plant requirements across multiple projects and workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate hire and off hire of plant and equipment across the business.
• Support project mobilisation and monitor supplier performance.
• Maintain compliance records and servicing requirements.
• Analyse utilisation and cost data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Act as a point of contact for complex plant-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to statutory documentation and compliance obligations.
