Cadent is seeking a Senior Planning and Scheduling Support to join our operations team on a full-time basis at our Wolverhampton office. You will coordinate planning activities, manage resources and support the delivery of operational plans across the network.

You will analyse performance data, provide insights for improvements, and work with stakeholders to deliver annual plans and regulatory outputs. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning activities across the planning cycle, including work orders and allocations.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights for delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support annual plans and regulatory outputs.
• Maintain resource availability, workload information and short-term plan changes.
• Resolve escalated queries from operations and customers to ensure positive outcomes.
• Provide resource reporting across skills, shifts, locations and contingency needs.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for planning and scheduling.
