Cadent is seeking a Senior Planning and Scheduling Support to join our operations team on a full-time basis at our Wolverhampton office. You will coordinate planning activities, manage resources and support the delivery of operational plans across the network.
You will analyse performance data, provide insights for improvements, and work with stakeholders to deliver annual plans and regulatory outputs. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration and customer-focused service.

Planetary Road, Wolverhampton (WV13 3XA) full-time office based until competent – Flexible / Hybrid working will be assessed on an individual basis.

Working closely with Operational Planning, Operational Delivery and frontline teams, you'll help ensure workloads are realistic, resources are effectively utilised and customers receive a positive experience throughout their journey.
