Cadent is seeking a Senior Planning & Scheduling Support to help coordinate work across the network and support delivery of operational plans. The role is office-based at Wolverhampton with flexible hybrid options to be assessed.
You will collaborate with Operational Planning, Operational Delivery and frontline teams to balance workloads, resources and customer outcomes. You'll bring strong analytical and communication skills, plus experience in fast-paced environments, and you will develop
Location: Planetary Road, Wolverhampton (WV13 3XA) full-time office based until competent - Flexible / Hybrid working will be assessed on an individual basis.
At Cadent, effective planning and scheduling is critical to delivering a safe, reliable and customer-focused service. As a Senior Planning & Scheduling Support, you'll play a key role in coordinating work, managing resources and supporting the delivery of operational plans across the network.
Working closely with Operational Planning, Operational Delivery and frontline teams, you'll help ensure workloads are realistic, resources are effectively utilised and customers receive a positive experience throughout their journey.
