Job summary

London Gatwick is seeking a Planning Manager for Major Projects to drive the development, implementation and delivery of planning and assurance processes for a programme typically valued well above £150m. This role adopts an office-first hybrid approach here at Gatwick, with three days in the office and two days remote.

You will lead the planning across all lifecycle stages, manage a planning team and collaborate with the Programme Manager to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring on-time

Qualifications

• Experience leading planning for multi-year infrastructure programmes.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules across the programme lifecycle.
• Lead planning teams and coordinate with cost, risk and cost forecasting.
• Report schedule performance and drive improvements with the supply chain.
