You will lead planning across all lifecycle stages, collaborate with the Programme Manager, and drive schedule improvements while mentoring the team and ensuring timely delivery.

• Proven leadership of small teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master schedules across the programme.
• Lead planning teams and set standards.
• Report schedule metrics and update cost forecasting.
• Coordinate risk and opportunity registers.
• Support monthly cost forecasts and cost reviews.
• Mentor and develop planning staff.
