London Gatwick is seeking a Planning Manager to join the Major Projects team. You will develop, implement and deliver planning and assurance processes for a programme typically valued well over £150m, guiding projects from concept to delivery.

You’ll work with the Programme Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time performance and value delivery. The role combines office-based and remote work in a hybrid setup, with three days in the office and two days remote, aligned to business

Qualifications

• Experience planning infrastructure projects on multi-year programmes (construction/infrastructure).
• Ability to lead planning teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain schedules for the entire project journey, including interfaces and control programmes.
• Lead planning teams across the programme and drive schedule improvements.
• Lead programme schedule reporting and dashboards, integrate with cost and estimating databases.
• Support risk, change, and cost forecasting processes within the programme.
