Job summary

Bountiful Cow is seeking an Account Director to lead a diverse planning and client team across multiple categories. You’ll own senior day-to-day client leadership, shape strategies and ensure high-quality delivery.

In this hybrid London role you’ll manage a patch of accounts, develop standout briefs, coach junior staff and contribute to new business while maintaining close client relationships and clear performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing media planning with cross-channel delivery.
• Strong ability to develop strategic recommendations and present to clients.
• Proven leadership of client teams and junior staff, with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior day-to-day lead for clients, overseeing relationships and delivery.
• Develop rigorous, distinctive media plans and recommendations.
• Coordinate channel plans, campaign setup, delivery and performance.
• Lead and coach junior team members and support new business pitches.
• Build client reporting, insights and clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with media owners and internal teams.
