WPP Media is seeking an Associate Director, Planning for the UK. You will lead planning projects end-to-end, oversee daily account operations, and build trusted client partnerships while coordinating cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes strong client leadership, strategic thinking, and people management within a hybrid work setup.

You will collaborate with Senior ADs, oversee planning teams, and ensure best-in-class campaign management, delivering growth for clients and WPP Media.

Qualifications

• Experience leading planning projects end-to-end.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client expectations.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning projects from start to finish, coordinating specialists.
• Oversee day-to-day account operations and ensure accuracy and process adherence.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as main contact.
• Support AD in managing Planners and Execs and contribute to team development.
