Job summary

Uncovered, a London-based social-first creative agency, is seeking an organised and experienced Account Director to join our Client Partnerships team. You will lead on key client accounts, build strong relationships and own project timelines with a team of Account Managers and Account Execs.

The ideal candidate blends commercial acumen with meticulous planning, mentoring and leadership, delivering complex projects within budget and scope while growing the team beneath you.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Director, Senior Account Manager or similar position.
• Social and/or influencer experience including organic social.
• Production and shoot experience.
• Budgeting and reporting on progress.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on key client accounts and manage timelines.
• Mentor and grow the client partnerships team.
• Deliver projects within budget and scope.
