Yorkshire Water is recruiting a Senior Planner (SRO) for the Asset Delivery PMO in Leeds. The role leads planning for a major £3bn water infrastructure programme, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficiency and safety.

You will develop complex schedules, manage baselines, and collaborate with Cost, Risk and Commercial teams to drive delivery while maintaining governance and reporting standards.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Planning.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects/programmes.
• Fluent in Oracle Primavera within a project portfolio.

Mansioni

• Schedule management: create and maintain complex integrated schedules.
• Compliance & governance: align with regulatory and internal standards.
• Baseline & EVM: build resource-loaded baselines for earned value.
• Partner oversight: validate third-party schedules against NEC parameters.
• Performance tracking: monitor progress with SPI/CPI and dashboards.
• Risk & scenario planning: run what-if analyses and mitigate bottlenecks.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with Cost, Risk and Commercial teams.
• Advisory leadership: provide planning guidance to senior leaders.
