Job summary

Cooper Moss Rutland LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead the planning and controls for a major programme. The role focuses on integrated planning across multiple workstreams and requires strong experience in energy or similar complex infrastructure environments.

You will work hybrid from Suffolk, with two days on site and three days remote, and collaborate with project management, engineering, construction, and client teams to ensure milestones are met and schedules remain robust.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in planning and scheduling large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and schedule development.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple interfaces.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules within multi-contractor environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and integrate contractor programmes across workstreams.
• Manage critical path activities and baseline schedules.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction and client teams.
• Monitor programme performance, manage change and identify risks to schedules.
• Provide schedule reporting and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
