Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join a premier energy and infrastructure consultancy on a 2-3 day on-site fortnightly pattern across the East of England. You will lead integrated Primavera P6 scheduling for large-scale civil projects and coordinate multi-contractor interfaces.

The role requires strong EVM, baseline management, and clear reporting to project directors and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large civil infrastructure or energy projects.
• Proven track record in multi-contractor environments.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, monitoring, and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules from inception to delivery.
• Manage interface schedules and dependencies across tier-1 contractors and stakeholders.
• Conduct critical path analysis, EVM, baseline management, and progress reporting.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; propose proactive mitigation strategies.
• Perform fortnightly on-site schedule reviews and progress updates.
• Provide clear schedule reporting and executive summaries to directors and clients.
