Job summary

Cowi is seeking a Senior Planner to drive scheduling for a major infrastructure project across London/Essex/Kent. The role offers an office/home hybrid working pattern within the UK and involves close collaboration with Project Directors to maintain momentum and milestones.

You will develop detailed programmes, monitor schedules, and coordinate with Delivery Partners to ensure timely delivery while managing risks and reporting progress to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, TILOS, Acumen Fuse.
• Experience in mega-scale Construction & Civil programs; Roads, Tunnels, Utilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess detailed programme/plans for all project stages and facets; demonstrate understanding of lifecycle, Earned Value Management, communication and stakeholder management.
• Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for programme, project, and client reviews.
• Integrate multiple programmes from Delivery Partners and stakeholders and own them.
• Monitor and update project schedules, critical paths, milestones and completion timelines.
• Develop and maintain rolling 4-week construction schedules and milestones; create WBS with Project Directors.
• Liaise with project team, cost controllers, and clients to monitor trends and assess impact on schedule.
