Cooper Moss Rutland LLP is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Planner to join a dynamic, award-winning team in a hybrid role based in London. The successful candidate will support UK expansion with project controls expertise across construction schedules, risk, and cost interfaces.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure robust schedule estimates, define Basis of Estimate, and integrate with risk and cost management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years planning experience on construction/infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6; strong MEP sequencing knowledge.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contract programmes and delay analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English; adept at presenting data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review and challenge MEP schedules from the contractor.
• Develop robust, realistic schedule estimates for construction works.
• Define Basis of Estimate for the construction schedule scope.
