Job summary

CMR is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead planning and controls for a major programme, based in the UK with hybrid working. The role sits within Cooper Moss Rutland, supporting client delivery with advanced planning expertise in energy or similar complex infrastructure.

You will develop, maintain and integrate contractor programmes, manage critical paths and interfaces, and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in planning large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 for schedule development and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams and levels.
• Experience coordinating complex interfaces across workstreams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain integrated contractor programmes across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction and client teams to align schedules.
• Provide schedule assurance, governance and regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify risks and opportunities, monitor progress and implement recovery plans as needed.
