Job summary

lululemon in London seeks an Outbound Logistics Lead to drive product flow from our Distribution Centre to stores, partners and guests across Europe, ensuring timely, cost-efficient deliveries and adherence to policy.

You will partner with Retail, Strategic Sales and Digital Ops, set up tracking tools, communicate disruptions, monitor performance, and lead improvement initiatives to enhance the guest experience while coordinating with carriers and our finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in international logistics.
• Experience with external transportation partners.
• Understanding of import/export documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate movement of domestic, cross-border, and international shipments.
• Communicate delivery disruptions and share performance metrics with teams.
• Lead performance improvement to enhance guest experience.
• Set up and improve tracking tools for visibility.
• Coordinate with transportation vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Narvar and nShift to optimize returns and delivery.
• Monitor shipping rules and forecast capacity.
• Lead freight invoice auditing and monitor carrier invoices.
• Own and analyze rates and service options with London finance team.
• Lead forecasting and capacity analysis to streamline outbound shipping.
