Job summary

AECOM is looking for a skilled Project Controls professional to join their team in a hybrid working model. You will manage integrated project schedules, maintain baseline data and provide critical cost and schedule insights to project teams.

The role focuses on leading meetings, supporting the Project Manager, and delivering accurate progress reporting and dashboards to stakeholders. Hybrid work options and Day 1 onboarding are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading meetings and supporting a Project Manager.
• Developed and maintained integrated project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Defined Work Breakdown Structures, dependencies, milestones and critical paths.
• Produced baseline schedules and tracked progress and schedule change control.
• Forecasted resource demand and aligned with delivery teams.
• Identified schedule risks and mitigations.
• Generated progress dashboards and executive summaries for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scheduling activities and maintain baseline data.
• Analyze cost and schedule data to support forecasts.
• Monitor earned value and expenditure against funding.
• Support project cost reviews and reporting.
• Collaborate with PMs and teams to keep projects on track.
