Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Director with strong scheduling and project controls acumen to lead planning across programmes. You will shape baseline schedules, resource plans and financial models while guiding a multidisciplinary team towards best practices and continuous improvement.

In this role you will support senior management, collaborate with project leaders and drive integration within the Integrated Program Controls Team.

Qualifications

• Degree educated with experience in planning and project controls.
• Proven ability to manage medium/high complexity projects and programmes.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera, MS Project or PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling and project controls for complex programmes.
• Develop baseline plans, resource profiles and financial models.
• Promote team integration and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership in best practices and deal with project interfaces.
• Deliver high-level planning services for project plans and milestones.
