BMSL Group Ltd is recruiting a Planner / Senior Planner (Civil Engineering & Infrastructure) to support delivery of complex projects across Wales and the UK. Based in Bridgend with UK-wide project travel, you will develop and manage programmes to ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with contractual requirements.

The role suits an experienced Planner or Senior Planner, or an Engineer with strong planning experience seeking a specialist planning role while staying closely involved in project

Competenze

• Experience as Planner/Senior Planner in civil engineering or major projects.
• Strong understanding of planning and programme management principles.
• Ability to analyse information and identify risks and opportunities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with good stakeholder management.
• Full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain construction programmes across the project lifecycle.
• Produce and monitor NEC contract programmes and reports.
• Track progress, risks, opportunities and constraints.
• Collaborate with teams to mitigate delays and recover schedules.
• Support commercial teams with programme reporting and analysis.
• Present updates to clients and senior stakeholders.
