Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd in Bridgend is seeking a Planner/Senior Planner to support delivery of civil engineering & infrastructure projects across Wales and the UK. The role focuses on developing, managing and monitoring programmes, ensuring safe and efficient delivery in line with NEC/contractual requirements.

You will work with operational, commercial and client teams, produce NEC programmes, track progress, analyze risks and support recovery strategies, with the potential for UK-wide travel and career

Qualifications

• Experience as a Planner/Senior Planner on civil engineering projects.
• Ability to develop/maintain construction programmes through project lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining construction programmes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Producing, updating and monitoring NEC contract programmes.
• Tracking progress and identifying programme risks and opportunities.
• Supporting commercial teams with programme reporting and analysis.
• Developing tender, pre-construction and delivery programmes.
• Providing programme updates and forecasts to clients and senior stakeholders.
