Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Scotland is seeking a Programme Planner for the Water Division to coordinate with Delivery and Design Managers, review high‑level programmes, and optimise resource requirements across NEC3 projects.

You will maintain NEC3 standards, manage SLAs and KPIs, and foster strong client and stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvement across multiple frameworks with Scottish Water.

Qualifications

• Experience with Primavera P6 at project and programme level.
• Proven track record delivering efficiency savings.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 and health and safety legislation; NEC3 Option A/C/E contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Delivery and Design Managers to review and optimise high‑level programmes and resource requirements.

This role will be within our Water Division, working on one of our current three frameworks with Scottish Water.

• SR21 DV1 : Capital works water and wastewater framework, delivered by the Caledonia Water Alliance (CWA) Joint Venture. Primarily infrastructure and civil engineering project improving network resilient and protecting the environment.
• SR21 DV2 : Predominantly MEICA based capital maintenance framework on existing water and wastewater assets. Upgrade, refurbishment and high value capital maintenance projects
• SR27 DV4 : The integrated design and construction of civil and infrastructure projects within SW 12 years enterprise arrangement. Project and progharmeme opportunities across the full capital investment programme.

What will you be doing?

You’ll coordinate with Delivery and Design Managers to review and optimise high-level programmes and resource requirements. You’ll integrate capital delivery demand across workstreams, develop project‑specific programmes, and support commercial inputs during estimation, design, and construction. Ensuring all programmes meet NEC3 standards, you will maintain consistency and track performance against SLAs and KPIs. The role involves maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, as well as leading collaborative planning sessions to drive accountability, improve coordination, and ensure certainty and successful programme delivery across all projects and workstreams, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation overall.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

• Experience working on Primavera P6 at project and programme level
• Proven track record in delivering efficiency savings
• Working knowledge of CDM 2015 and associated health and safety legislation and commercial acumen and experience of NEC3 Option A, C and E forms of contract
• Extensive working knowledge of pressurised pipelines and experience working on large diameter, high pressure and schemes with engineering difficulties
• Extensive experience of Capital projects operating and delivery within the Water Utilities Sector, to include:- mains renewals and rehabilitation via open cut, directional drilling, pipe bursting, slip lining and the like, mains cleansing including site investigation and enabling works
