Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Scotland is seeking a Programme Planner for the Water Division to coordinate with Delivery and Design Managers, review high‑level programmes, and optimise resource requirements across NEC3 projects.
You will maintain NEC3 standards, manage SLAs and KPIs, and foster strong client and stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvement across multiple frameworks with Scottish Water.

Where will you be working?

We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Water Division, working on one of our current three frameworks with Scottish Water.

You’ll coordinate with Delivery and Design Managers to review and optimise high-level programmes and resource requirements. You’ll integrate capital delivery demand across workstreams, develop project‑specific programmes, and support commercial inputs during estimation, design, and construction. Ensuring all programmes meet NEC3 standards, you will maintain consistency and track performance against SLAs and KPIs. The role involves maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, as well as leading collaborative planning sessions to drive accountability, improve coordination, and ensure certainty and successful programme delivery across all projects and workstreams, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation overall.
