Senior Physiotherapist (Employed or Self-Employed)

Initial 6-Month Term (Possibility to Extend)

Location: Soho and Liverpool Street, London

Start Date: Part-time from June, Full-time from late July

About Us:

We are a thriving private physiotherapy practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team on a self-employed or employed basis. Our clients are largely referred by local orthopaedic surgeons for pre and post operative care, however we also manage a large caseload of strength and conditioning clients in our world-class gym setting.

Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous and experienced physiotherapist to take over a fully booked caseload within our well-established Soho and Liverpool Street clinics. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans to a diverse range of patients. You will work independently, with guidance and support from the clinic owner, and will be expected to deliver exceptional patient care.

Initial term of 6 months, with possibility to extend for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Manage your own appointment schedule and caseload.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Work autonomously within the clinic setting.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Physiotherapy Degree
• HCPC registration.
• Valid UK work visa.
• CSP membership.
• Minimum 8 years of experience working as a physiotherapist in a private practice setting.

Ideal Attributes:

• Strong understanding and experience in pre- and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Expertise in strength and conditioning.
• Experience with CrossFit-related injuries and rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and patient-focused.
• Availability for part-time work and induction in early July, followed by full-time work from late July.

Renumeration:

Commission with performance based bonuses or competitive salary based on experience with performance based bonuses.
