Responsibilities

• Assist with workload management and workflow coordination in sterile (cytotoxic reconstitution and CIVAS).
• Support chemotherapy day unit staff to maintain workflow.
• Generate reports on unit performance (quality, safety, errors).
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and Trainee Pharmacy technicians.
