Job summary

St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic senior pharmacy technician to strengthen the Technical Services department. You will support GMP-compliant operations across CIVAS, Cytotoxic services and PN, with a focus on quality and safety for patients.

You will lead training for technicians and assistants, contribute to the Quality Management System, and work with senior staff to develop services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior pharmacy technician within NHS or similar setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Strong communication and educational skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and MHRA licensed unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Technical Services Technician in operational management.
• Train technicians and assistants in Technical Services.
• Support QA in maintaining Quality Management System.
• Contribute to GMP standards and national guidance.
