London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Stores and Distribution Pharmacy Technician to lead the Pharmacy Stores and Distribution service at our hospital sites. You will oversee stock receipt, storage, and timely distribution of medicines, and support automated dispensing systems.

You will work with pharmacy and cross‑functional teams to maintain stock availability and drive continuous improvements in logistics and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy stores, stock management and distribution services.
• Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Experience supervising or line managing staff is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage Stores and Distribution at Ealing Hospital for efficient operation.
• Lead day-to-day operation of the Pharmacy Stores and Distribution service.
• Supervise, train and develop stores and distribution staff with line management.
• Ensure safe, efficient receipt, storage and distribution of medicines and products.
• Support optimisation of automated dispensing and stock management systems.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, procurement and multidisciplinary teams; resolve stock discrepancies.
