Job summary

• Masters degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Postgraduate clinical qualification (to at least diploma level).
• Evidence of CPD and continuing professional development.
• Pharmacist Independent Prescriber or working towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist clinical pharmacy support for infection across the Trust.
• Lead AMS ward rounds with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop, implement and review antimicrobial guidelines and prescribing standards.
• Deliver education, training and governance across pharmacy staff.
