Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic clinical pharmacist to take a lead role in Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) and Infection Management across a large integrated NHS hospital trust in Somerset.
The post involves working closely with the Somerset Consultant Pharmacist for AMS, local microbiologists, infection prevention and control teams and the Somerset ICB to coordinate and deliver a high quality AMS programme.
Competenze
- Pharmacists with AMS and hospital clinical pharmacy experience are encouraged to apply.
- Leadership experience in antimicrobial stewardship is preferred.
