Placements24 is seeking a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to cover Randburg, Gauteng. You will promote products to physicians, specialists and pharmacists, build relationships, and drive sales targets in a dynamic portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or Life Sciences, at least 5 years in pharma sales, deep industry knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel. CRM proficiency and ethical selling practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical sales with a proven target track record.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of pharma market dynamics and regulatory context.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to travel extensively within Randburg, Gauteng.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed territory sales goals.
• Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through in-person visits, presentations, and educational events.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including physicians, specialists, hospital staff, and pharmacists.
• Educate healthcare providers on the appropriate use, benefits, and safety profiles of our client's products.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Attend national and regional sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
• Manage territory expenses and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product management teams on customer needs and market dynamics.
