Job summary

Pharmatica in London is seeking an Account Executive to own the commercial relationship from first conversation to renewal. You will identify the right companies, open senior conversations, shape proposals and close new business, working directly with the founder and influencing how we sell.

You will win and grow client relationships worth £60k–£100k annually, open conversations with pharma and life sciences leaders, and lead discovery, negotiations, and renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-value B2B sales with quota attainment.
• Experience closing deals in £60k–£100k range.
• Able to prospect and build own pipeline independently.
• Strong written and spoken communication with senior buyers.
• Pharma services, CRO, or life sciences business development experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with drive to earn.

Responsibilities

• Win and grow client relationships worth £60k–£100k annually.
• Open senior conversations with marketing and commercial leaders.
• Lead discovery, present programmes, and negotiate terms.
• Move pilots to annual partnerships; own renewals and expansion.
• Keep CRM accurate and provide honest pipeline forecasts.
