Job summary

Little Journey is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth in the UK, hybrid (Leeds) or remote. You will own the full sales cycle, engage senior stakeholders in pharma and biotech, and secure multi-year contracts for Trial Flow.

Travel to client sites is required and visa sponsorship is not available. You will collaborate with Marketing, Research, Product, Regulatory and Tech teams to ensure solutions meet evolving client needs and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

Extensive and demonstrable enterprise sales experience in pharma/biotech.
Established network of senior decision-makers and procurement stakeholders in pharma/biotech.
Experience coordinating RFP responses, bids and bid defence processes.
Experience managing complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder groups.
Strong commercial negotiation skills and strategic deal crafting.
Understanding of pharma R&D lifecycle and digital health tech.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth and exceed revenue targets (£1.5M+ in new sales).
Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure and handoff to delivery.
Engage senior decision-makers, position Trial Flow as a key solution for trials.
Navigate multi-stakeholder deals with R&D, clinical ops and procurement.
Manage pipeline in HubSpot with accurate forecasting and tracking.
Collaborate with Product, Science and Tech teams to inform roadmap.
