Job summary

Syneos Health in London seeks a Managing Director to drive growth in the Strategy, Product and Portfolio Consulting practice. You will secure profitable business, harvest accounts, create leads, and ensure accurate forecasting and pricing.

You will build senior client relationships, lead a large book of business, and own project delivery from design through to on-time, on-budget outcomes. MBA or life sciences graduate with deep Commercial/Strategic consulting experience in pharma/biotech is

MBA or a graduate degree in a life sciences field.
Strong and demonstrable track record of successful life science consulting practice building.
A strong history of selling, delivering and growing consulting revenues.

Responsibilities

Build positive working relationships with clients, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
Achieve commercial success by harvesting accounts, creating leads at new accounts and securing profitable business.
Develop and lead, independently, a large client book of business.
Achieve billable utilisation, led book of business, and sales targets while collaborating with others to meet objectives.
Lead and develop client relationships and ensure delivery of well-structured projects that meet client expectations and stay on time and budget.
