Job summary

Catalent, Inc. is seeking a Senior Environment, Health and Safety Lead to guide safety culture and regulatory compliance at our UK site. You will partner with site leadership to reduce risk, drive continuous improvement and ensure robust EHS performance across operations.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, strong leadership, and proven experience in regulated manufacturing environments, with emphasis on audits, investigations and training delivery.

Qualifications

• Provide expert EHS guidance to site leadership on safety, compliance and risk management.
• Lead investigations into accidents, incidents and health issues with corrective actions.
• Carry out EHS audits, inspections and regulatory reviews and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Support and continuously improve the site's EHS management systems and programs.
• Conduct risk assessments (COSHH, machinery, contractor activities, manual handling, MOC).
• Deliver EHS training, inductions, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns.
