Futures in South West England seeks a Senior Manager to lead Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Facilities in a manufacturing setting. You will shape the long-term EHS strategy and drive culture change across the site.

You will own budgets, oversee CAPEX projects, ensure regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvements while partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in a senior EHS leadership position within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic transformation and cultural change across EHS functions.
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation, permitting, regulatory compliance and process safety.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects and departmental budgets.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across operations.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive EHS strategy and drive cultural transformation.
• Provide strategic leadership across Environmental, Health, Safety and Facilities functions.
• Lead EHS and Facilities CAPEX projects including budget ownership and delivery.
• Oversee environmental permits, compliance and EMS requirements.
• Drive process safety improvements and mitigate operational risks.
• Strengthen safety culture and proactive risk management site-wide.
• Oversee facilities management and site infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
