Job summary

You will drive contract performance, manage client relationships and lead the on-site team to deliver hard and soft FM services to meet contractual standards.

• PFI experience is essential.
• Strong hard services / technical FM background.
• Experience managing large or complex FM contracts.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and budgeting experience.
• Confident leading teams and improving contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the PFI contract across sites and ensure service delivery.
• Manage contract performance, KPIs and service standards.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgets and commercial performance.
• Identify improvements and drive operational standards.
• Ensure services are delivered safely and in line with requirements.
