Job summary

PFI Healthcare in the North West is recruiting a PFI Contract Support Manager to oversee a portfolio of healthcare PPP/PFI assets. You will move beyond service delivery to drive contractual performance, asset lifecycle governance and long-term portfolio health, in a client-side/SPV setting.

The role involves day-to-day portfolio management, monitoring of FM contractor KPIs, ensuring compliance, supporting contract changes, inspections, and reporting to the board.

Qualifications

• PFI/PPP experience within facilities management, estates or asset management.
• Experience with contract management and performance monitoring.
• Experience in asset/lifecycle management and governance within PPP/PFI assets.
• familiarity with SPV or client-side environments is desirable.
• Experience in healthcare PPP/PFI assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management and performance of a portfolio of healthcare PPP/PFI assets.
• Monitoring FM contractor performance, KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Supporting asset and lifecycle management.
• Ensuring contractual, operational and reporting compliance.
• Managing defects and day-to-day operational issues.
• Supporting contract changes and variations.
• Reviewing FM reports, contractual documentation and performance information.
• Undertaking property inspections across the portfolio.
• Supporting H&S, insurance and compliance matters.
• Producing operational reports, project trackers and Board information.
• Building relationships with healthcare stakeholders, FM providers, tenants and project partners.
• Attending client, estate and service meetings across the North West.
• Supporting wider business planning and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a PFI Contract Support Manager to join an established organisation managing a portfolio of PFI assets across the North West.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with PFI/PPP experience gained within Facilities Management, Estates, Property, Asset or Contract Management who is looking to make the move into, or develop further within, a client-side/SPV environment.

You’ll gain exposure to the wider management of PPP/PFI assets – moving beyond individual service delivery into contractual performance, asset and lifecycle management, governance, stakeholder relationships and long-term portfolio performance.

This role offers the opportunity to build highly sought after client-ide experience and a valuable specialist skill set, creating excellent scope for longer term career and salary progression within the PFI/PPP and infrastructure market.

The Role
