Job summary

Robertson Facilities Management is looking for a Contract Manager for their PFI contract in Redcar. You will lead a diverse team to meet high client expectations while managing financial and operational aspects of the contract.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplined FM teams and contracts, preferably within public sector.
• Financial and commercial qualifications would be beneficial, alternatively demonstrable skills and experience in managing complex budgets.
• Ability to work on own initiative in a structured logical approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary FM and project delivery team.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Manage P&L accountability in line with business objectives.
• Oversee relevant CAPEX, OPEX, and lifecycle budgets.
