• Experience in clinical selling with proven sales or training success.
• Knowledge of perioperative complications and medical device industry.
• Established healthcare network in Scotland.
• Strong business development and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and clinical education for Perioperative Complications portfolio (BIS, INVOS, NOL) across Scotland.
• Build relationships with clinicians, KOLs, advisory boards and healthcare stakeholders.
• Provide in-theatre clinical support, product training, and best-practice education to customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through capital and consumable sales.
• Partner with Sales Specialists and Marketing to increase product adoption and market penetration.
• Lead product evaluations, trials, and conversion projects.
• Maintain knowledge of Medtronic and competitor products and share market insights.
