You will build relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and healthcare stakeholders, and deliver in-theatre support and training to optimise product use.

• Experience in clinical selling.
• Proven success in sales, market development, or clinical training.
• Knowledge of perioperative complications and the medical device industry.
• Established network within the healthcare sector in Scotland.
• Strong business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and clinical education activities for the Perioperative Complications portfolio across Scotland.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), advisory boards, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Provide in-theatre (OR) clinical support, product training, and best-practice education to customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through capital and consumable sales.
• Partner with Sales Specialists and Marketing to increase product adoption and market penetration.
• Lead product evaluations, trials, and conversion projects.
• Maintain knowledge of Medtronic and competitor products and communicate market insights internally.
