Job summary

Y TREE, a rapidly growing WealthTech business in London, seeks a Senior Performance Partner to coach managers, shape people strategies and drive performance outcomes. You’ll handle employee relations, build compliant processes and partner with senior leaders to embed critical priorities across the organization.

The role requires strong experience in HR leadership, employment law and fintech familiarity, with the ability to leverage AI tools for efficient policy research and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior People Partner, HRBP or similar with ability to coach and influence managers.
• Solid grounding in UK employment law with hands-on ER casework management.
• Confident using AI tools to draft docs, research policy questions and speed up workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers to build stronger teams.
• Co-create tailored, practical solutions with line managers.
• Identify and address early performance concerns before formal processes.
• Contribute to design and delivery of performance management frameworks.
• Support onboarding and probation design with clear expectations for new hires.
• Use casework data to flag risks and opportunities for the Lead Performance Partner.
• Own and deliver projects within the Performance area with timelines and stakeholders.
• Manage employee relations casework including disciplinaries and grievances with legally compliant outcomes.
• Coach managers through ER conversations with employment law grounding.
• Maintain ER documentation and case files to high standards.
