Job summary

Optasia in London is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner, Fintech with extensive experience supporting fast-growing, international teams. You will be the sole HR contact for your region, partnering with senior leaders to shape people strategies and drive organizational design in a scaling fintech environment.

You will coach managers on performance, talent reviews, succession and change management, using data to improve retention, productivity and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience, with at least 4 years in HR Business Partnering in high-growth, international tech/fintech environments.
• Experience operating across multiple markets with knowledge of EU employment law and people risk management.
• Proven ability designing and facilitating training to managers and employees to build capability.
• Data-driven, people-centric approach to solving workforce and organizational challenges.
• Experience in dynamic, multicultural, international business environments.
• Experience leading compensation review cycles.
• High proficiency in English.
• Experience with succession planning, talent reviews, coaching senior leaders, and organizational design is a plus.
