Job summary

Y TREE is seeking a Senior Performance Partner to join the Talent Experience team in London. You will support managers to shape and optimize team performance while handling employee relations with sound employment law judgement.

You will partner with senior leaders to embed performance frameworks, contribute to policy development, and use AI tools to draft documentation and research policy questions as part of daily work. This role offers a supportive, autonomy-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior People Partner, HRBP or similar, coaching and influencing managers to build stronger teams.
• Solid grounding in UK employment law, with hands-on experience managing disciplinaries, grievances and other ER casework.
• Confident using AI tools day-to-day to draft documentation, research policy questions and improve how you work.
• Track record of delivering projects and managing stakeholders to completion.
• Experience in fintech/financial services, ideally within an FCA-regulated environment.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers, helping them build stronger, better-functioning teams.
• Co-create tailored, practical solutions with line managers.
• Support onboarding and probation design, ensuring clear expectations and support for new hires.
• Draft and maintain ER documentation and case files to a high standard.
• Stay current on UK employment law and ensure policies remain compliant.
• Use AI tools to speed up casework documentation and policy research.
