Job summary

Equator is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to drive programmatic and social campaigns for a portfolio of clients in Glasgow. You will work closely with the Head of Performance Media to shape and deliver a cutting-edge marketing strategy across multiple channels.

You will lead planning, testing and optimization across display, CTV, audio and DOOH, while collaborating with search, content, CRM and CRO teams to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in performance marketing with hands-on programmatic and social experience.
• Strong understanding of how paid channels work together for client results.
• Builds strong relationships with media partners to optimize outcomes.
• Enjoys coaching others and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic strategy, planning and optimisation across display, CTV, audio and DOOH.
• Test and scale new channels (Prime Video, Netflix, Reddit) from first test to scale.
• Deliver paid social campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Set ambitious but achievable client targets and ensure delivery.
• Own reporting and look for ways to automate routine work.
