Equator is seeking a performance marketing specialist to lead programmatic and paid social activity across client campaigns. You will shape strategy with the Head of Performance Media and drive cross‑channel integration from planning to optimisation, ensuring high standards and delivering scalable results.

You will partner with search, content, CRM and CRO teams, coach colleagues and stay ahead of industry trends to keep Equator at the forefront of performance marketing.

Qualifications

• You have a proven track record in performance marketing, with deep hands on programmatic and social experience and a strong understanding of how paid channels work together.
• You build strong relationships with media partners and platforms to get the best results for clients.
• You think ahead and act proactively, bringing a recommendation with every problem.
• You enjoy coaching others and sharing what you know.

Responsabilités

• Leading programmatic strategy, planning and optimisation across display, CTV, audio and DOOH.
• Running activity on new channels such as Prime Video, Netflix and Reddit, taking them from first test to scale.
• Delivering paid social campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Setting stretching, achievable targets for clients and making sure we deliver them.
• Owning accurate, insightful reporting, and finding ways to improve measurement and automate routine work.
• Bringing a holistic view of marketing to integrated strategies, working with our search, content, CRM and CRO teams so every channel works together to drive client results.
• Supporting the client services team as a point of escalation for performance marketing clients, and helping shape client-specific campaign strategies.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, platform changes and guidelines, and sharing that knowledge with the team.
• Identifying technologies that strengthen our services and keep us ahead across performance channels.
• Sharing our performance marketing work across the business through presentations, case studies and company communications.
• Bringing fresh, creative ideas to meet client needs.
• Working with the business development team to spot and act on sales opportunities.
• Representing Equator at relevant industry events.
