Senior Performance Marketing Manager (UK)

London - (Hybrid - 2 days)

We’re looking for an ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist to come on board and help us ramp up digital marketing in more than 15 markets. Want an exciting challenge at a fast-paced startup? Keep reading.

You’ll be analytical and data-driven with:

• 4+ years’ experience in performance marketing, with a focus on marketing mobile apps – particularly install campaigns.
• Experience running campaigns across various ad platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap, Apple Search, and other social media advertising.
• Demonstrable experience using MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch for tracking and attribution.
• Strong understanding of BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Good understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and how tracking works – both web and mobile.
• A deep knowledge of the latest paid social and SEO trends – including an understanding of the technical side.
• Good project management and communication skills. You will need to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Eager to learn, you’ll bring passion and expertise to the exciting future we are building.
• Able to commute to Aldgate, London at least twice a week for London-based hire.
• Fluency in English
• BONUS: French, German or Turkish language skills.

Day to day

• Managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap, and Apple Search Ads.
• Creating a global paid strategy.
• Working alongside an experienced team looking after Paid social and global PPC and organic search traffic across 14+ languages.
• Running an experiment roadmap to help us understand what works best.
• Working closely with our data science team to make smart decisions.
• Using AI/ML tools to oversee campaign and budget management as well as feeding and working on our systematic experimentation framework.
