Job summary

OpenSourced - Search & Selection is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for a growing consumer business. You will work closely with senior leadership to align marketing activity with commercial objectives and drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention across digital and physical channels.

You will translate business goals into clear, measurable plans, manage budgets, and report ROI to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with proven delivery across digital and physical channels.
• Strong background in B2C and consumer markets, ideally retail/ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a KPI-led marketing strategy across multiple channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention and long-term growth.
• Oversee SEO, PPC, paid social, email, CRM and content activities.
• Set KPIs, report performance to senior stakeholders and manage budgets.
