Job summary

Usay Compare is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own multi-channel customer acquisition, driving growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Native, Affiliates and Lead Generation.

You will lead strategy, optimisation and growth while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Data and IT to deliver profitable results and improved attribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing and customer acquisition.
• Commercially minded with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
• Hands-on experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and other digital channels.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage agency partners.
• Experience developing and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience managing acquisition budgets and driving ROI.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of our customer acquisition strategy.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of performance marketing across a multi-channel acquisition portfolio, leading strategy, optimisation and growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Native, Affiliates and Lead Generation channels.

Working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Data and IT, you'll play a critical role in delivering profitable growth, improving attribution, enhancing customer journeys and maximising marketing ROI.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on channel expertise, working closely with agencies while remaining close to campaign performance, optimisation and commercial outcomes.
