Job summary

Omnicom Group is seeking an Associate Director – Performance Analytics for the Entain account. You will lead the testing program, turn test results into insight‑led guidance, and analyse performance data to drive channel optimisation, targeting and near‑term strategic direction across multiple brands.

You will shape the testing program and lead platform data analysis to uncover patterns and steer investment decisions through actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Expertise in campaign performance analytics (incrementality testing, attribution, KPI tracking, forecasting).
• Expertise in audience analytics (segmentation, targeting, cross‑channel reach).
• Strong statistics knowledge: sampling, hypothesis testing, descriptive stats, correlation analysis.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise and lead the testing program, drive cross‑team adoption of tools and processes.
• Design and evaluate test‑and‑learn initiatives (A/B tests, geo experiments, lift studies).
• Produce clear, actionable insights from online performance, cross‑channel results and audience data.
• Develop best‑practice analyses and short‑term performance forecasts.
• Translate complex analytics into concise recommendations aligned with strategic objectives.
• Partner with Planning, Strategy, and Client Service to ensure data informs investment decisions.
• Act as central analytics contact for Entain, guiding stakeholders on interpretation and implications.
