Job summary

Omnicom Group is seeking a Performance Account Director to lead the Performance team’s day-to-day output and forward-thinking forecasting across all performance channels. You will elevate the client’s learning and measurement agenda with innovative testing and first-to-market thinking.

The ideal candidate has strong digital performance knowledge and experience across Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic Display and Paid Social, with exposure to OOH and Audio.

Qualifications

• Solid digital performance knowledge.
• Experience across Paid Search, SEO, Programmatic Display and Paid Social.
• Exposure to ATL channels (OOH and Audio).
• Fluency in media planning tools to optimize flighting and weighting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day output of the Performance team.
• Forecast and deliver targets across all performance channels.
• Elevate learning and measurement agenda with innovative testing.
• Develop first-to-market thinking for clients.
• Communicate logical, persuasive recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate across media owner partners and senior clients.
• Leverage Paid Search & E-commerce experience and Google stack knowledge.
